Filming finished

We finished filming today. Hooray!
Was a bit confusing because the room we wanted was occupied by another group so we had to reschedle the whole thing to find another room.
What i did today was act out my lines and we had finished by 12pm which was good because it meant all we need to do now is edit the movie to make the film and we're finished.

There were a few mishaps but we fixed them in time. For example, Naomi taped over first scene which meant we had to react it out again.

First Day of Filming

Today we started filming the first part of our chase film. I found the first scene really funny because as soon as i walked out the lift i burst out laughing. The rest of the scenes were great as i took them seriously.

On thursday we will finish the rest of the scenes and should be complete by the end of the week.

Just another update...

Today we finished completing our script.
Was pretty boring but we got through it. Found out we are filming from the 28th January

Another update

The meeting yesterday went well. He said our idea was good but needed to make a few adjustments to the storyboard as we didnt focus much on the chase. So we added a few new drawings to the board and it nows looks much better than we thought.
We started writing part of the script but we're a little delayed due to the storyboard redesign.
Hopefully we will finish the board this lesson so we can carry on with the script.

Video Work update

Today, our task was to do a storyboard, treatment and write the script for our chase scene.
The idea we came up with was based around a robbery around college but based in a classroom and corridor of the college.

It took a few hours to come up with an idea but we got there in the end with a lot of planning and thinking.
We have a meeting at 2.10pm with Chris to discuss our ideas and to see what we need to improve on before we actually start the filming.

Video Work

Today, for our work we're asked to put ourselves into groups of three and come up with a script for a chase.
My group is Naomi, John and me. John and I are acting it out and Naomi is the Director/Camerawoman.
The ideas we've had are:
John feeling insulted as I said something horrible to him so he starts hunting for me. He spots me and chases me down the corridor/street.

We are going to be writing out the script, making the storyboard and filming it either later today or Thursday.
