Scene Storyboard exercise

Today's lesson we watched two trailers. One for Snatch and One for There will be blood. After we had seen the two we had to storyboard the second trailer. I drew 9 frames from the trailer.

Workshop filmpuzzle (day 1)

In todays lesson I had to label some clips from a film called Brokeback Mountain in iMovie. I also identified what type of scene it was, like BAR or FOREST.

Video finished

Today we finished the video. John and I edited a few more scenes from the video and added new credits to the end of the film and also music by Daniel Powter; bad day. The video then went to youtube.

Had a few problems at first because one of the scenes you could hear Naomi say ACTION and we couldnt delete it but we found the problem and it soon disappeared which was lucky [=

Evaluation

Pre-Production
Brainstorming as a group about what ideas we could have as the film. This went bad at first as our minds were blank
Discussion with Chris about our ideas which we had come up with, got told to change a few adjustments around but we sorted it.
Group discussion about the final idea and what camera angles to do.
Storyboarding as a group which involved all the camera angles and actors which were John and I

I drew the storyboard and came up with some of the ideas, Budget sheet and the risk assessment.

Changes...

Last lesson we were made to reshoot some of the scenes because of in one i was wearing a jumper and in the other i wasnt which was a bit confusing.
After half an hour it was all sorted out and we're back on track to editing. Which is good.
We did reshoot one scene twice as there was backing sounds which were disturbing the filming.
